In the daily workshops we explore the philosophy of mainly Kundalini Yoga, breathing techniques and meditation, not just the physical practice, so it’s a really good opportunity to come and learn about things you can’t get from a normal yoga class.
Appropriate for all levels of practitioners whether you have practiced for years or never done yoga before, you will be challenged and learn easy to implement tools to take back into your life so you thrive & begin truly experiencing life in an elevated way.
In this retreat you will explore yoga beyond the physical postures and learn practices to experience more freedom in your life by developing a relationship to your mind, breath, body & soul. The retreat includes a yoga meditation breath-work workshop daily & all of the optional activities listed on the example schedule.
