All event bookings and treatments are strictly non-refundable, including cancellations due to illness, change of mind, personal circumstances, non-attendance & any other situations.
With at least 48 hoursā written notice, you may make one booking change: either reschedule to another date or transfer your booking to another person. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will forfeit the full booking fee.
