We’re often told to let go of the past, right?

But here’s the thing – not everything in our past is negative or worthless.

Actually, our past traumas and successes have a lot of value

Think back to those times when you faced challenges and felt like you had lost yourself?

Well, the highest versions of ourselves are sometimes the past versions of ourselves

We all go through big challenges – injury, sickness, breakups, loss, grief – and then it’s easy to forget who we used to be.

It’s important to remember those past versions of ourselves, even if that has changed due to a grief or trauma…Because our nervous system controls the state we are in, then these states can become our personality traits over time.

You become what you habitually focus on.

It becomes a part of who we are, if we stay in a certain state for long enough,

So my question to you is, instead of focusing solely to let go of the past, perhaps you can embrace it?

Our traumas hold valuable lessons for us, do you realise this?

It’s a lesson: growth happens, healing, setting boundaries, knowing what matters, finding purpose and hat you wish to bring to this world…

Along with looking at our traumas, also remember the good times too…

Because they give us valuable information for what our true essence looks like and in moving forward.

This is super important if you’re at a phase of where you’ve forgotten who you used to be.

So tap into the purity of who you used to be & use it as a compass , helping us flow forward and connect to our true essence, who we actually are.

So don’t be in a rush to let go of the past.

Learn from it, embrace it, and let it guide you on your journey.
