I wanted to take a moment to speak with you personally about something that I believe is of great importance to our personal growth and living with radiance and flow…
It’s something that affects all of us at some point in our lives – deep paralyzing triggers, depression, and bouts of anxiety.
But I believe that by peeling back the curtain and looking at the root cause, we can heal and step into our full potential.
After helping thousands of Women all over the world for more than a decade, I’ve been able to map out patterns of behaviors and put two and two together.
On the weekend actually, I finished a Parts Therapy training that connected the dots even further. You see, being born into this world, we naturally go through certain traumas, from something super mild to the general energy a parent continues to show up in, which can cause trauma.
And then comes the parts of ourselves that froze into a state of being, such as being abandoned, alone, neglected, misunderstood, disconnected, grieving, and in order to cope, we adapt ourselves.
This is because we see our parents as Gods and rely on them to survive; we need their energy, their emotional recognition, just like we need food.
So, being super small and helpless, we need this more than ever and will twist and turn and distort our natural way of being to ensure we get as much as possible.
Without us usually knowing, we shut down, cut off, shame and turn down various parts of ourselves as we think this strategy will give us the emotional food that we crave.
But this way of coping sets us up for something much worse down the line.
As an example, you may have heard “why are you so emotional?” and then shut down some of your emotional body as you felt it was bad, that there is something wrong with me expressing emotions.
The issue with this is that we’re supposed to flow with life, with our natural state of expression, just like water flows.
In time, as we keep ignoring, shaming, blaming, and shutting down these younger parts of ourselves, that’s when the dam breaks, and some kind of mental illness, crisis, disease, sickness, or breakdown happens.
We’ve gone way out of balance, and the breakdown or symptoms are there to help us heal, to make a change and get back into harmony.

To heal trauma and open back up, to claim your birthright to be fully expressed and radiant, this is absolutely crucial.
If you’re craving a deeper sense of self-love and authenticity, how can you experience that if you’re shutting down younger parts of yourself? Your system is very smart, and it did this as a way to cope and get by.
What I suggest to get started in the simplest way is to place your hand on your body where you feel the panicked emotions, deeply breathe through your nose, and then do a brain dump (journal) of what is present, who is there, how old is she/he.
When you simply acknowledge that part of yourself (not trying to help it or fix it) and say, for example, “I understand honey, you feel x” and become its friend, you start the process of reclaiming these frozen, stuck parts of yourself.
They start to relax, and you get more space and embodiment in your everyday life.
I’m on this journey with you. It’s a courageous journey to be present with the emotions that arise, knowing that they are a part of our journey.
