The health and safety of our participants is our top concern.  All gatherings are in a large, well ventilated indoor & outdoor space.  Accommodations are low occupancy and meals are prepared and shared with heightened food safety protocols. In the case of a government mandated shut down, you will receive a credit for the rescheduled event.  We recommend securing your own private travel insurance as an additional precaution.
