How Spiritual Practices Can Transform Your Life

I wanted to take a moment to share with you the incredible journey I have been on and how finding my tribe has brought so much healing and abundance into my life. 💖

When I think back to my twenties, I remember feeling lost and disconnected. I would often find myself unsure of what to do on the weekends or who to spend my time with, causing me stress and a sense of disconnection. However, as I reflect on my journey, I realise it has been moments of bold courage and taking risks that have led me to live more in alignment with my true self. 🙌
.
One significant turning point was when I was working in Corporate at 26 after obtaining my commerce degree. I had to admit to myself that I wasn’t happy and didn’t have a clear sense of my career path or what would bring me fulfillment. It was then that I took a leap of faith and invested in full-time kinesiology studies to change the course of my life. This decision acted as a portal, opening up a whole new world of holistic healing, energy work, past lives, and the exploration of spiritual realms. It was something I used to wish for and, to my surprise, it became my reality.✨

As the years flew by, I continued to take more leaps and immerse myself in the study of kundalini yoga, hatha yoga, NLP, mind detox therapy, reiki, and even going to the Oneness University in India. The non-physical and energetic world became my new reality, and I discovered many hidden gifts, powers, and abilities along the way. 🌍

But here’s the funny thing: now I no longer try to plan out every detail of my life. I’ve learned to surrender and let life flow. I have found that by continuing to practice tantric exercises daily, I can clear and open myself to the guidance of the universe (God) or whatever higher power you believe in. This energy or force now communicates with me, guiding me along my true path and helping me avoid the struggles of fate where resistance and confusion often reside.🌈

What’s even more incredible is that by embracing this new way of living, people who resonate with my energy naturally come into my life. Whether they are students, soulmates, friends, or even family members, I have witnessed the power of our energetic connection. We are all part of the same miraculous ecosystem we call Earth and the universe. 🌟

Just over a month ago, a dear soul sister and I had an incredible experience at The Sanctuary.
