I had a huge light bulb moment realising that “you can’t change people

I was going through a transitional stage in life, trying to gain confidence for the next stage. I have established a morning daily practice and I am ready for whatever life brings next. I have more confidence and energy. Others have noticed this. I would recommend Alexis as a spiritual and wellness coach.

After Retreat I implemented the tools given, my positive spirit immediately came back & clear goals flowed through.
For the first time in my life I launched an online chakra dance course, FB lives, promotions, my followers started building, my confidence & self love developed & women I didn’t even know were booking my online course!
