🧘‍♀ Don’t focus on not eating. What you focus on expands. Focus on eating whole organic foods to fuel your body, mind & soul.

🧘‍♀Swap cheap carbs like chips, breads, pasta for fruits, seeet potatoe, whole grains.

.

🧘‍♀ Increase your protein and reduce your sugar intake. This I can’t understate! Breakfast for me looks like 4 soft boiled eggs at about 10am. I also often stay in ketosis meaning I only eat high protein and fat like eggs, avocado, chicken, olive oil, bone broth often, raw milk, raw cheese, so I do not spike my blood sugar levels so I do not get hunger pangs. You’ve probably noticed how much more food you eat when you eat lots of carbs?

🧘‍♀Stay hydrated. I only drink Awake Water from Stan Kyselov. My body absorbs it because it has minerals. I crave this water and can’t touch tap or basic filtered water as it is dead water that isn’t charged.

.

🧘‍♀ Mix it up. Try interval training. I personally only do kundalini yoga and also bouts of cross fit. In May I went to Ubud to work for a month and did CrossFit every day as a challenge. My body felt so strong at the end seriously. My lower back pain has gone as I strengthened my glutes and core.

🧘‍♀ You do not bulk up with weights. Everyone needs resistance training otherwise we get weaker with age. You could start with simply doing 50 squats per day and build up!

🧘‍♀Life is a challenge. To get anything worth anything takes grit, discipline, determination. So you must stop trying to avoid this and become a warrior, someone who stares pain in the eye and welcomes it. The body needs to be challenged and it loves moving in various ways. Adapt this mindset, you are a warrior, it simply takes you activating it inside.

🧘‍♀Ditch friends who are naysayers, don’t support you, or who don’t have a growth mindset. Ultimately, ask yourself if you want to spend time with this person, how do you feel after, do they want you to grow and get stronger? If not, you know what to do ♥

🧘‍♀Connect to God (the universe) every single day. There are so many things trying to get your attention and keep you weak, confused and disconnected. You must protect yourself and tune into a pure channel. I use Kundalini Yoga as my Sadhana (spiritual practice) to keep me aligned and continually expanding my consciousness. Pick what you like and stick to it because going deep in one practice is better than window shopping.
